If you decide to buy a Dutch Partridge Dog (or a different stock) keep in mind his
specific needs and whether you can offer the possibilities. The Dutch Partridge Dog
needs a lot of exercise and a carefully thought-out upbringing. Take part in a training
course is a good start. We like to make some suggestions:

Puppy training: usually starts when the puppy is aged between 10 - 13 weeks.
Pup and boss learn to understand each other without effort.
Obedience-training: your dog will learn to discipline itself and that working with
his boss is fun! All with the result that you will be glad that your dog behaves
like you want him to.

In addition several other trainings to take:
hunting course, fly-ball and games of skill.

Make sure you are well informed about the
possibilities and whether the course suits you and your dog.
